Beauty news: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is Gisou's New Global Brand Ambassador
I first fell in love with the Gisou brand when I was kindly gifted a bottle of their Honey Infused Hair Oil by the PR team at MECCA a few years ago. I was already a hair oil convert given my long, colour treated locks, but Gisou’s formula took things to the next level – effortlessly taming frizz and flyaways, polishing split ends and delivering nourishment exactly where it was needed. I fell hard, and was excited when the brand expanded and I could invite even more Gisou into my life. After all, who wouldn’t want hair like brand founder Negin Mirsalehi? And who wouldn’t want the thick, bouncy tresses sported by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who Gisou has signed as Global Ambassador to mark the brand breaking into the hair styling category.
The honey-infused hair and lipcare brand, founded by content creator and entrepreneur Mirsalehi in 2015, is deeply rooted in her family's six-generation beekeeping heritage, and most definitely delivers on the performance front thanks to its unique ingredients. Mirsalehi says she has found a kindred spirit in the British model-actress-entrepreneur, who understands that great hair isn't just about appearance, it's the confidence it evokes from within. After all, your hair is your ultimate accessory.

“Welcoming Rosie into the Gisou hive feels incredibly special,” the Gisou founder says. “She is a true style icon whose genuine love for beauty and belief in hair as a form of self-expression aligns so naturally with our world. I am so excited for everyone to see what we have created together, which is a true celebration of style, confidence, and, of course, great hair.”
Huntington-Whiteley is equally as effusive, saying: "I'm delighted to join the Gisou Hive. Hair has always been a powerful form of self-expression for me, and this partnership feels like a natural fit. I've long admired Gisou's commitment to quality, heritage, and innovation. This campaign celebrates the idea that hair is your best accessory - deeply personal and a true reflection of your identity. I'm excited to share that message.”
The British model fronts the campaign for the all new Honey Milk 5-in-1 Styling Cream, which is the latest addition to Gisou’s range and part of its strategic expansion into the styling category.. Clinically proven to deliver up to three days of style memory (love!!!), the cream is infused with nourishing Mirsalehi Honey and strengthening hydrolysed milk protein. The lightweight, milky formula promises flexible hold, intense hydration, frizz control, glazed shine, and heat protection up to 230°C, and I can’t wait to try it when it drops.
Celebrity hairstylist Shon Hyungsun Ju, who had the honour of being the first stylist to use the product on the Gisou campaign shoot, shared his expert take: "I was honoured to be the first hairstylist to use the Honey Milk 5-in-1 Styling Cream on the Gisou campaign shoot. I was immediately impressed by its soft texture, fresh scent, and how effortlessly it brushed through. After blow-drying, the hair felt lighter, stronger, and healthier—the curls held beautifully with incredible shine. I thought, 'This might be the miracle cream I've always wanted’. If anyone wants to protect their hair from heat and get that gorgeous bouncy blowout - this is it. It's a total game-changer."
Bring it on!
Gisou is available in New Zealand and Australia from MECCA, with the Honey Milk 5-in-1 Styling Cream coming soon.
