Emma Lewisham limited-edition holiday sets are coming – and they’re beautiful

In the Southern Hemisphere, the holiday season is tantalisingly close – especially for beauty and fashion editors like myself who are already planning gifting pages when it feels like last year’s offering has barely been wrapped! It’s a time that can get overwhelming for many, so I love it when my favourite brands take the time to create thoughtfully curated sets and holiday-centric kits that are perfect for popping under the tree, and equally as dreamy for gifting to self.
The warmer months are also a time of getaways and road trips, of festival days and lounging by the pool. All of the above require careful packing if you’re a beauty freak like me, so thankfully many of my go-to beauty names take the time to create adorable minis with exactly this in mind. Also the perfect way to try a new brand before you’re ready to commit, limited edition holiday minis are often incredibly affordable, and super cute to boot, and the ones that are refillable always shoot right to the top of my wish list.
All of which leads me to the newest holiday collection from Emma Lewisham, which arrives on October 14 and is as thoughtful, beautiful and covetable as it gets. This year, the brand has created two limited-edition Holiday Gift Sets, which come dressed in packaging specially designed by one of Aotearoa’s most distinguished and internationally recognised artists, Judy Millar. One of my favourite artists, Judy is celebrated globally for her ground­breaking work which unites an abstract and dynamic expres­sion of colour, form and texture – and it’s a match made in heaven.

A thoughtful partnership
Like any collaboration undertaken by the globally-celebrated, New Zealand-born beauty brand, the partnership was not one that was undertaken lightly. At its core lies a profound alignment of values and a shared philosophy of innovation: Emma Lewish­am fundamentally challenges traditional beauty industry norms by proving that true luxury can be simul­taneously science-led, circular designed, and underpinned by unwavering integrity and purposeful innovation, while Millar has been a pioneer in her field, becoming one of the first New Zealand abstractionists to achieve global recognition.

The final takeaway
These sets are just stunning, but I’ll leave the final comments to Judy Millar, who articulates the offering so perfectly: “The work transforms giving into something intentional.
